FYI: You're no disgrace. Vegetarianism is an extremely hard diet to stick to. Simply because of the fact that you have to be awful careful about your diet or you'll end up losing a whole lot of nutrients that you need. So, go ahead and munch on that chicken sandywich. Just don't expect me to ask for half.
