But that would have greatly taken away from why he was well known. Larry Bird was known for being a world class player, but only using fundamentals. He never crossed anyone up fiercely enough to cause hysteria. I think he may have dunked enough times to count on one hand. All he did was take the ball down the court, aim, and shoot. I swear the Cetlic are always on the cutting edge of things, but nowadays they refuse to do anything with it... :roll:

Black folks have to come to terms that every baby that a male in the family has isnt going to always look like the family...lol :lol: I mean come on people the baby can come out looking like anything..its called genetics..it can come out looking like somebody's great great parent or something Another one black females need to come to terms with not lying on someone else being the father if ther's a possiblity that its the next man's baby...I'm tired watching these shows and their like im a 1000% sure....and it comes out negative :roll: ...If its a possiblity just be real Black peoepl are in denial about being nosy....... :lol: .....also tha entertainment business isnt the only way to get rich

No matter how rich we get...we will never conserve for a rainy day. PWIs are in better shape than HBCU's Blacks will never be seen as a "majority" in the USA. That doesn't mean that we wont be worth it...but as long as we're outnumbered by whites, we will always appear "inferior" to them. We do eat too much damn chicken. We are too co-dependent on money/cars/good looks. Whites get along with other Whites better than Blacks get along with other Blacks....and White people outnumber us like HELL. Your Pastor isn't the Way, the Truth and the Light....so treat him like what he/she is: a messenger of God's Word. Nothing more, nothing less. I know some Black folks that'll treat their Pastor like royalty 24-7, smile in his face, and DARE somebody to say something about him...but they only have time for God on Sundays.

In my opinion black people sometime get racism, twisted with reality...in example the Larry Bird situation..... He is right....the NBA needs to have more white players as well as mexican people... The NBA is horrible to the fact that it promotes only basketball to black males and no education....it is a good organization...don't get me wrong.. however black males need to realize that the NBA is not the only career on the planet...we have more powerful and better careers than a funky NBA jersey career....

that was evident in his rookie year. starting at guard at the beginning of the season to playing center in the last game of the NBA Finals.
