I know ALLLLLLLLL about y'all situation at TSU. It's really f'ed up, but whatever the Band Director wants, he gets. The only way y'all will ever get a chapter is if he changes his mind or if y'all get a new unbiased/more informed band director.

As the Sands Burns fans, Paper Wait was also the linename of the AKA character Mona Ferguson. She tried to bust through on the "legacy clause", without pledging, all the while being disrespectful to the current chapter members and doing stuff like wearing paraphenalia before membership. Since they were forced to take her, they gave her that name.
