Don't females look way too stupid with weaves?

SORRY GUYS I KINDA MESSED UP THE TOP ONE CAUSE I DIDN'T PUT SOME PERIODS AND THINGS: ok ima' break it down to you like this since you seem to not be getting it: most females perm there hair because it helps us manage our hair if we wear it up in a afro we will have to comb it EVERY DAY so thats why we wear weaves to give our hair a break (oh and please make it clear to what weave u are talking about cause there are slips, braids at the top loose at the bottom, full braided weaves from root to end, twisty weaves, afro weaves, **** hair weaves, corn rows...etc) and uh duhhhhh you could tell that SOME of them are fake and some you CANNOT. Dont tell nobody you can tell all WEAVES unless your a PROFESSIONAL cosmetologist, but anyway ima' give you the real life scenerio: try getting a job that pays good money with and afro and dreads and tell me if you will get that job! oh and yes this company have to be run by white people since most jobs are. Tell me if you wont get urged to perm or weave your hair into something more "causual" to get another job that pays well that is also run by a white person (i know it's wrong but get ur head out of your a$$ and try thinking about that!) you say that most dudes like females with fro's and most black females wear weaves and perms well check out the ratio and estimate to black females making more money and better jobs than black males and them black males are probly the ones who think like you only think themselves and will settle for nothing more than what YOU want well let me kick you into reality aint nobody going to do it your way without benifiting themselves (and if you didnt get that let me break it down) ain't nobody going to do it your way unless ur a$$ is paying them some mighty nice cash; maids dont clean up ur mess for free; yo mama wont always clean up after u unless u do some of your choirs; no job going to pay you any money unless you do ur job. AND ANOTEHR THING: stop giving cali a bad name cause i was born and raised in cali too

it must be that way up in dc cause anybody over here can tell u differently. oh and if you weren't based on how you look than why do they have dress codes?

to answer your question---because with dress codes you are not putting a harmful acid on your body or going through pain/heat/torture to put that uniform on....noone should go through something painful to get through a company if they do not want to ...thats like saying to get hired you gotta shoot yourself in the leg or youre not "our type"....and besides even in the government there was a supreme court case about this...you can wear an afro in the work force without fear or discrimination because its a black person's natural hair which they do not have to fix just like white people have naturally straight hair, but it said dreads arent natural which i still think is preposterous(weaved braids are more natural than dreads puh-lease)..but gurl come on up to DC cause you'll see way to many sucessful napturals up there it'll make your head spin, comeon up to the HU homecoming it'll be a blast lol
