ummm hmmm..... youre right not 50/50. 100/100 is what is should be. Each person has to put there all into it. And in todays marriage, i don't see that. It's usually the woman who gives her all while the husband does nothing to help. If i want him to cook why not do it?? Its what makes me happy...Im gonna do the same for him of course.
Another thing...It's all about convience as well. No one has to be in front of the stove cooking all day. Those days are way behind us. Just like men don't have to go hunt for food, and have the women prepare it. And if it is still that way , how come women are the ones who goes to the store?!? I don't know, im not very traditional.

^^^ I agree with you. I think it's cute when two people put effort into cooking a family meal togeather. I mean if my man is busy and comes in late, I am deffinitely willing to cook, I love cookin and I'm good at it  But I wont do it all the time like I'm some maid. :???:

Women like should be shoppin just like they should be bringin me my house shoes and dinner everyday after work.....
j/p :-D
Just playin but I know this one couple that actually shops together. I think thats cool. But I think the woman shops most of the time because they tend to cook often. If the man cooks more you probaly see them in the store more. I often see guys in the store w/ their women shopping, so as I think about it thats not really too rare.

Oh please...If my husband thought like that, he'd be eating grass and the stuff that makes it grow.

And they should do some things together. It's actually fun having that other person help out with things. Besides, everything else takes two...if you get my drift.
