Yes...It really depends on your field. I think from an education perspective, you will gain the same amount of knowledge compared to a PWI. For example, if you work in the technology field, college will only provide you with theoretical knowledge. In order to gain application, you have to obtain work experience. Therefore, I don’t think it matters, if you go to a HBCU or PWI because the work experience is the key. However, if you want to show that you can excel in different environments, you have to take that into consideration. Personally, I would definitely attend a HBCU for undergraduate or graduate school. Just make sure you attend a HBCU that's distinguished in your field. Is the “Talented Tenth” concept still relevant for the 21st century?

Yes, to some extent. African Americans with business skill and leadership ability should use those skills to better those around them. However, the goal is not to create an elite class, but rather to build society as a whole. Should HBCUs recruit non-Black students?

Naaaah, no one alive today worked in those fields and I'm sure te majority are in better financial positions then their **** forefathers. As a black person, do you find it funny that you actually like Fried Chicken, Watermelon, and Grits?
