He mails me another letter and says that I should give him the rent before the 25th. Well here I am... I still did not pay... I am patiently waiting on my eviction notice.... In the mean time... I am looking for some place else to stay. What would you do????????????

if you don't pay him, your credits gonna be fed up, and it's gonna be hard for you to get another apt....you should take his **** to court...small claims court to **** because of alll the crap he's left undone...i've seen it done severeal times on the peoples court, and the plaintiff usually comes out good.
