Negative Aspects of life at an HBCU

HEy, I'm gonna be applying to college in the fall but before I do I have a few questions about the negative aspects of college life at SPelman and HOward....What are they? Thanx in advance!!!!!!!!!!!

hi, i will be applying to Howard too! from what firends have told me who go there and from visits i have to say that the people at Howard are really great and so is the education i have discovered that the administration **** though, but its all good.
