I am at a PWI majoring in African American Studies and I am in the 5 year MT program so my minor is secondary ed. I want to get my doctorate at a HBCU so I can create networks and ultimately be a professor at one...but I can't decide if I should go to a HBCU or a PWI to get my doctorate degree in African American Studies. Any ideas of some Pro and Cons of either situation

You are definitely confused. First you said you want to get your doctorate at an HBCU, then you said you cant decide between and HBCU or a PWI. Which one is it?
