Deadbeat Mothers?

I have a deadbeat mother and father. Neither has been there for me. I have had one or the other at one point in my life, but for the majority of the time neither were there. It hurts for a girl growing up in this day and age to not have a mother or father to look up to and ask for guidance. It's a good thing God blessed me with good common sense or else I would end up like a lot of these females. Pregnant and don't know what to do with themselves. So lets not just put tha focus on dads even though that is more common. We need to also acknowledge that mothers can be deadbeat.
So to the point of this thread. Has anyone ever had a deadbeat mother?
