Trying to transfer

hello. right now I'm a freshman at wayne state. I messed up first semester, dropped 2 classes, failed 1, got a 0.00 gpa, but i'm doing pretty good right now. i want to transfer to a hbcu. top choices are hampton, texas southern, clark atlanta, or norfolk. i know it's past priority deadline at this point, and my 1st semester grades are a big hinderance, but if i applied after i got my second semester grades(end of april) do I have any chance of making it somewhere in the fall?
