As a wise man once said, strength is in the numbers. Throughout the history of the United States, African Americans and Hispanics have suffered the hardships being a minority brings about. If Hispanics and African Americans have the same goals, why should they accomplish them separately? It would be much easier if we would both unite our forces, and instead of fighting, unite to do accomplish a common cause. At this moment and time there are a lot of things that are uniting African Americans and Hispanics. One of them being the upcoming 2008 election.
