Morgan State Tuition Question....

hi..it's me again.I have another question concerning Morgan State. I got a letter last week showing the price of tuition and everything and they said that in order to be sure that you get a dorm room you have to have the money in by July 1st. Then I read on the site that the new day that tuition is supposed to be in is July 1st though on the Calender for Fall 2007 it said August. I'm totally confused so I wondering though I am a Freshman will I still not get a dorm room if I don't pay by July 1st because I don't think I'll have it all by then.

Ive never seen tuition due that early. Its normally due early Aug. I know its due for the second summer session around that time but July 1st is a sunday anyway...its can't possibly be due that day.
