Morehouse now requires an interview for admission. This is an opportunity for you to sell yourself. To show you'd be an asset to the Morehouse Community.

I mean your interview is part of your admission application packet. I emphasize part of. Other parts include the application, the essay(s), letter(s) of recommendation(s), test scores (ACT and/or SAT), and your grades. The admissions committee looks at all parts. So, present the best packet you can. Score as high on the ACT or SAT you can. Get the best grades you can this fall semester.
Make sure your application is neat!!!! If you use a paper application (and not an online one), type it. Or use a standard black ink pen. First impressions are important. You want to be taken seriously by the admissions committee. And this applies to every school you apply to.
This is no guarantee you'll get into Morehouse or any other school. However,
you can give it your best shot. I'd recommend you apply to say at least five or six schools. Do you research on possible schools. Attend college fairs such as the Black College Expo: Black College Expo
Best of luck.

Yes, you can. Take all the advice above and if that fails, they also have a Prefreshman Summer Program for those students whose SAT/GPA scores are less than they would like. It's expensive, $4500. They also offer admission on probation which limits the number of hours you can take the first year.Go to the web site and look under admissions.

Well, there is no guarantee but you can apply knowing they accept some people with less than a 3:00 and a 30 ACT. Do your best this year.
There are several books available to assist you with your applications. For example, "How to Say It to Get Into the College of Your Choice: Application, Essay, and Interview Strategies to Get You the Big Envelope" by Linda Metcalf. It was published in 2007.
