Howard in need of males?

Read somewhere that there are alot less men in HBCU's and at Howard the ratio from female to male was 7:1 Anyways, my question is that being a male does this up my chances of getting in and hopefully a good **** scholarship

The ratio of men to women is not that large. In fact, it's either 2:1 or 3:1 Being a black male gives you a SLIGHT edge. But dont get it twisted, you still have to be on point with your grades and test scores.
