Howard online app problem...

to make this short and sweet: i finished my app and tried to pay online with my credit card and the system wouldn't take it. tried another card [a brand new one mind you with money available], still didnt work. anybody know if i can call and complete the transaction via the phone? i know i can always send it but i would prefer to have this done as quickly as possible without having to bring the messed up postal service into it. preciate any help

I know on the paper application you can fax in a credit card form to them as your payment..So I would say call and see if you can fax in that and just send in the rest of the applicaiton online....

that sounds like a good idea but the thing is that you can't really submit the app unless you pay. it won't let you go past that screen. 'preciate the help. im gonns call back tmrw cuz i forgot today is mlk day n they have that day off
