Hmmm...and tell me how many of these females of other races were "showing you some love" when you were "down and busted." I'm guessing it's probably around the same amount of black women that "showed you love." It isn't a black female thing, it is a human thing. People don't go out searching for someone who is unsuccessful. Alot of people would prefer to date someone who is successful, especially females because if the man is suppose to be the head of the household but can't handle that who would want him? I'm not saying be a gold digger but some level of success is important, and many black males feel that once they are successful they are too good for black females. If that is why you are dating someone out of your race you have issues you need to face. If you are dating someone from outside of your race it should be because you love them, not in order to "step up" from black girls.

Please don't stereotype all black woman. We get it enough from the media. If someone's not feeling you, they're just not feeling you. Don't say that all black women are hating on your interracial relationship. I, a black woman, defy your generalization. I am a black woman who believes that people should do whatever makes them happy and that love doesn't see color. You shouldn't be so preoccupied with how other people perceive you. Just do you!

Wow... Us black chicks, huh?? It **** your in such a predicament. Maybe they just want your money and they didnt like you in the first place. Or maybe they really are hating as you call it. If you were of another race Im sure some females of your race wouldnt like you dating another race, it really has nothing to do with what race you are.

Wow. Just wow. I don't know if I'm more appalled at the clear lack of articulation or just the general bullsh*t of the statement overall. Other than what I've stated, I'm not giving this any further thought.

****... Thats a sure way to get every black female on the entire site on the same team... against you... But... -Black women whom hate on you having a interracial relationship, would probaly hate on you for having any relationship that doesnt envolve paying thier child support... -White woman, or any other race, whom so happened to find you after your "5 year" come up, dont have to hate because after all the trips to Jared, and Dolce and Gabbana she aint trippin...

I respect your choice and opinion. It is important to find an individual that complements you as a person, regardless of race. However, I recommend brothers and sisters exercise patience and build better relationships. It may be challenging, but in the long run, it’s better for us to unite. We should address the future of Black families in our community, and it starts today. It starts with our perception and expectations of each other. I am hoping that the black family will be better and more progressive in the years to come. I envision the future being better than the pass or present.
