I remember money was always an issue when I was school. They had work study programs, some students had part time jobs and other full-time jobs. I know that our Black Student Union was always looking for ways to bring more money in.
The thing is that with the Internet at it current stage of development we can connect with each other in ways that where never possible before. We can now develop global internship programs, mentoring programs and apprenticeships with a few stokes of the mouse.
