Tropical storm Fay strengthens south of Florida

Tropical storm Fay is strengthening and expected to become a **** as it churns toward South Florida, but so far the storm has had a minimal impact on cruise ship itinieraries. According to an 8 a.m. EST forecast from National **** Center, Fay was just northeast of Varadero, Cuba moving north-northwest at about 12 m.p.h. toward the Florida Keys (where tourist evacuations were ordered Sunday) and the Florida peninsula.
