Carnival-owned cruise lines eliminate fuel surcharge for some voyages

Carnival says it will eliminate its fuel surcharge for 2010 sailings. Passengers on 2008 and 2009 sailings also could get a refund if **** prices drop below $70 a barrel and stay down.
