tigers...or pirates???

Hampton or TSU...pro/cons I have been accepted to both schools and am not sure which one yet. i have gotten good and bad reviews of both of these schools. i kno hampton is number 4 for top hbcus and tennessee state u is number 11 but if anyone could give me the pros/cons that go to both universities i would appreciate that so much. HU was my first choice but now im not so sure. I am going to be a psych major so if anyone is majoring in this at one of these schools can u tell me about the department? thanks! tiger....or...pirates
