Best HBCU Nursing program?

I am a senior in High School looking to enroll in a Nursing program somewhere. Does anyone have an idea what the best HBCU nursing program is? One with up-to-date technology, great professors, ect. I've heard good things about WSSU's program. Anyone with details? How about Howard's nursing program? Any other HBCU's I'm looking over? Thank you in advance.
