I HEARD THAT I CAN PLEDGE DURING JUNIOR COLLEGE. IS THAT TRUE?

So I was talking to a homeboi of mine and I've been expressing to him my deepest aspiration of joining a BGLO (Fraternity of course!).  I am currently serving in the United States Navy and also just began my college career again at PGCC. I've been trying to google answers to this questions but I figure I might as well hop on here and post the question in hopes that someone can help me here! lol...

The questions is this:

Is it true that I can join a fraternity while at junior college and while currently serving in the military?? This is something that I've talked to my boi about it and he said that I could but I need to know from someone who is really part of the greek organization.
