HBCU **** Pathology

One overlooked element of the HIBCU EXPERIENCE which warrants extensive discussion is our collective **** mentality.

What concerns me is that most of us whom go on to pursue advanced degrees believe that we must abandon our HIBCU ethos so as to excel at non-HIBCU institutions.

I recommend that we support/seek out non-HIBCU graduate/professional schools/programs whom have a healthy awareness of our collective mission with it's cultivation in mind.
