What kind of engineering degree are you seeking cause some hbcu's specialize specifically in certain fields..and plus if you know what kind of engineering degree you want than your search will be less troublesome in finding the best school for your education

Depending on your location, Morgan State University has a great engineering program with a building to match.

for computer engineering i would have to say either famu or hampton(and both famu and hampton they have great employer recruitment the only thing you may have to worry about at hampton is financial aid and debt cause its up there..famu is very good with providing help if you have decent average and sat score they could help you out big time and they give big financial gift awards), for eletrical engineering definently tuskegee, im from the south so we hear about tuskegee's program at all times lol...

Morehouse College definitely has the best engineering program. It also has a dual degree program with Georgia Tech, one of the best engineering schools in the country. This means that you can take three years at Morehouse and two at Georgia Tech, and when you graduate you'll get a diploma from Morehouse and Georgia Tech.
