The Brown Girl’s Guide to College is specifically written by four women of color who have been right where you are today. For many, attaining a college degree is only one of many steps required to help women reach their goals. The guide is divided into three parts to make it easier for the reader to grasp each step of the process towards success. The first part will walk you through the application process, and helps you narrow down and choose the college that is best for you. The second part, provides tips, tricks and information for women of color once they are in college. The final part prepares the reader for life as a college graduate.
