Why is it that if a guy and a female are just in the "talking stage" of a relationship, that the dude gets all hurt and upset if the female isnt all about him. Like if the female has another guy shes talking to at the same time, and he finds out, he gets upset. Whats that about? If shes not your girlfriend, whats the conflict??

He caught feelings...probably got mad at himself for falling for ya.
^^^Not neccessarily true. I know some cats that do that as part of their "game."

If he caught feelings, he can't really get mad if he doesn't let her know what they are, though. She can't just assume. For all she know, he may be talking to someone else too.
