ok ive heard some real horror stories about tha cafeteria food at HU.. is it really THAT BAD or hav i jus been hearin a great deal of exaggeration? :?
yeh, its really that bad....lol. But you get to see cool stuff like he evolution of chicken. We have chick ery day just about (at an hbcu, go figure). Monday, it's fried. They remove the skin and then bake it and now we have rotisserie, the rotisserie dries up and now we have **** chicken. The **** chicken get old, and they make chicken salad.lol.

don't forget the stews....and "Philly" chicken/fajitas....
