u know how some things feel like it was just yesterday that you did or experienced...or maybe it feels like it was just yesterday that u met someone or last knew 'em....or saw 'em...or whateva...& it might've really been just yesterday lol, but i'm talkin' about tha stuff that might've been a min. ago...
& then, there are other things that feel like it happened centuries ago...like, u might remember the stuff - either vividly or vaguely - but...still feels like forever since it last happened...or whatever...
what are some of those things for u...?

:arrow: freshman orientation, man...can't believe i'm a junior in college already...i SWEAR it feelz like just yestaday that me & my friend were wastin' MAD GAS tryna find Barnes & Webb Hall so we could register for our classes during that summer of 2002! :cry:
:arrow: most of tha friendz i chill w/ on tha regular now in college, feelz like i've known them longer than not even a year or 2...wheneva some of us stop 2 think about how long we've known each other, we're like . . . dayum.. i jus' met u in January, lol
:arrow: LAST SUMMER ('03) ON HBCU-CENTRAL/AGGIE-BLVD....i swear i just blinked & now it's fall '04 
:arrow: can't believe i've been friendz w/ my homegurlz jackie & evans now 4 almost 5 yearz ; w/ melanie, 12 yearz ...& w/ Tacosha, 14 ...got some lifetime friendshipz right there 8)
:arrow: the beginning of this previous summer when i was dreadin' it...& was already ready 2 come back to A&T...feels like that summer just flipped thru once June hit....no complaintz tho 8)

:arrow: 1st day of kindergarten...i mean, yeah it was like 13 or so years ago, but i DO still remember that 1st day like it really WAS yesterday...just feels like it happened in another lifetime or somethin'...
:arrow: all of my previous birthdays...feels like i've been 19 for a min...but then again, thas how it always feels a lil' while be4 my bday...
:arrow: livin' in Cali, believe it or not...feelz like i've been in NC 4 a MIN...even tho, i have 
...but doesn't feel like i spent @ least half of my life in Cali...
:arrow: my dad passing away...it was late-'98...but feels like he's been gone for longer...

It feels like yesterday when i bought Jay-Z's Reasonable Doubt...buts its really been 8 YEARS! OMG I feel old. Now the nikka is retired & shiet.

It feels like yesterday when I met my longtime-homegirl-turned-sister (over 8 years ago...start of 6th grade).
It feels like yesterday when I just another lil' rowdy high school freshman. Now I'm grown, offering advice to my high school freshman cousins..."tellin' em ya'll need to be in class."
It feels like yesterday when I got my first computer (old 1985 computer with NO WINDOWS NOTHIN...green screen and everything)...now I'm building my own systems.
It feels like yesterday when I was learning how to tie my shoes, learning how to read, learning how to brush my teeth without swallowing the toothpaste, and getting a book read to me before going to bed...God I wish I was still a baby.
:arrow: I am in my 2nd year of college. It doesn't seem like I have been out of high school that long.
:arrow: This fuccin school year is going by fast. It is almost October and homecoming is next week.
I'll think of more later.

Me walking into my first day of 7th grade...NERVOUS..
8th grade graduation...
Riding my bike in the summer alllllllll day until the street lights came on and then running in the house to ask my grandmoms can i stay a lil longer..
Spending the night over my grandmoms/ and my fathers house every other weekend
Spending WHOLE summers over my grandmomz crib...
I feel old as hell now..I was lying in my bed thinking about that ****last night..Im going to be 19 in 7 months yo... nine-freakin-teen...****seems like i was just 16...
