The Hilltop

I'm a senior right now, but when I get to Howard, I would like to be on The Hilltop Staff. How do I go about doing that?

Go to the budget meetings...they post the times they have meetings in the Hilltop...then they will assign you a story...then you work your way up ....good luck...oh yeah, and what miss j said...

journalism! i love it, i'm E-I-C of our high school paper and journalism is really what i love. i get the email version of the hilltop, it's pretty cool. i really hope i'm there next year, but if the money doesn't come through, i'll be stuck here.

i just kinda got into the whole journalism thang this year because of an article i wrote about my school's football team. so now i'm doin the whole editor of the sports page thang and i'm lovin it as far as money... i still dont know how ima pai for howard but i know if GOD allowed me in He'll find a wai for me to maintain.

that's what all my friends told me. my dad just said he wouldn't pay for it anyways so i'm applying to a ton of scholarships. there are a lot of journalism scholarships available if you take the time and look for them.
