Very Interested

I am a sophomore in college and I am interested in joining this particular sorority in the spring. I have been interested in this sorority since my Junior yr in Hs when I met them at Norfolk State University when I was visiting my godsister. Someone that I am close to is part of this sorority and she gives me as much information as she can without ruining her standards. I want to make the line so bad I want to make it on my own without having to brown nose. Some answers I would like to know are: 1. What is expected from a person of interest during the Interest Meeting? 2. What does the organization look for? 3. How does the organization go about choosing who they want?(If its not ruining standards) 4. How do you say in short terms the many reasons that you want to join without them losing their interest?
