How do fight depression or what are your ways to deal with it?? Cause lately I've been feelin like crap! SO what are yalls suggestions?

i mean everybody has their days when they feel like crap but wit u i dont htink it's depression.maybe school is jus gettin to you right now but im sure itll go away. i jus down las week cuz i had to drop my stupid calc class but i jus figured ill jus be prepared to take it again next semester or whenever i do take it

Chill with your friends, go to a movie, play a game, buy something, etc......do whatever it is that you know makes you happy, cause the last thing we need are some depressed people. Bad things happen when people get too depressed.

cosigns Whenever im upset i jus stay away from watever is upsetin me. But sumtimes I jus let myself cry... I find it helps cuz it gets rid of anger/sadness. Thats jus me anyway.
