that is one of my fav. songs...last yr in my US history class my teacher played it and i started singing it...and he made me write and tell the class what it was about...i read her bio. like 5 times...it's soo funny yet sad

Ahh Yes Lady Day, one of the most influential black women in jazz history. She was truly an innovator.
