:arrow: become antisocial and alienate myself from everyone so that I can get my head right
:arrow: put on some soft music...light some scented candles and take a hot bath. a massage afterwards is good too :wink:

stop everything and take the time to actually breathe
call up a friend or two
listen to some ole school
call my momma and complain...she's always been a good listener..lol
