I need some help...Tennessee State is my first choice and I really wanna go there...but they just sent me a letter that I can't get an out of state tuition waiver due to lack of funds. I wanna know what options I have, because I really wanna go there, but my EFC is really high (like over 9000) and I'm scared they won't give me any money. I don't want to go anywhere else-help!
