I'm currently waitin for my financial aid package from Howard and I wanted to know like the max anybody think they would award, or if anybody received like anywhere around 18 or 19 thousand for their financial aid.

If your parents are eligible for a Plus loan, you can borrow up to the full cost of attendance (tuition + room and board, or tuition + off campus living expense). This depends upon your parents credit eligibility.
If not, you can get Direct loans for up to $6,625 your freshman year, $7,500 your sophomore year, and $10,500 your junior and senior year.

Thanks people. My mother is BROKE so hopefully they notice the amount of her income and scholarship foundations notice that im BROKE out my mind. That will hopefully open a few pockets...have you ever heard of financial aid payin like almost full tuition tho. Cause my first efc was like 96 bucks if i was readin it correctly and that wouldnt be no suprised considerin financial cirumstances.
