uh...I'd like a siggy

i dont care who does it but id like it to have the skylines of philly and atlanta (sorta like fading into eachother). my name of course with the primary colors being Red and black and Clark Atlanta University somewhere on there (but small and un imposing) i kno its complicated but i trust that someone is skilled enough to do it
