NCAT scholarships?

I am an incoming freshman in the fall and I am trying to decide between two schools. I've already been accepted into Howard and was awarded the Legacy scholarship (which pays for tuition), but I was also just recently accepted into North Carolina A&T. I have already payed my enrollment fee to Howard, but I'm not too big of a fan of DC and could be swayed to go to NCAT. However, I would need a scholarship to help pay for everything. My question to current Aggies is does A&T award any type of scholarships to incoming freshmen based on academic merit or are you pretty much on your own?

I'm not sure if you have made your decision yet but I wanted to reply to your question... If they did not offer you a scholarship wnen you received your acceptance letter then contact the head of the particular deparment that you will be under in the fall.
