watch boxing? I was talking to my father, who has never been a boxing fan...but damn he knew the likes of Sugar Ray Robinson, Gavilan, Fullmer, Paret and Williams. Now so, not so much. Boxing was huge just 50 years ago. Why? Because of the ultimate sportsmanship in it. So, if you don't mind, why don't you like to watch boxing?

I dunno why some people don't John. I personally love boxing. Seeing folks beat the brains out each other and giving it their all. **** or be ****. The epitome of sports and competition to me.

Boxing is boring to me. Now if dude is fine, that's fighting I might watch it for a couple of minutes. But I just end up changing the channel anyways.

i like boxing... but i feel like the fights that are so overly hyped... they don't last.... you pay for a fight... you expect at least a few rounds, not one or two where it ends in a knockout... i feel like i'd wasted my money... and like Monte' said... boxing doesn't get endorsed anymore... so it doesn't get as much national attention...

ill watch thai kickboxing or Ultimate Fighting Championship, hell i may even watch a toughman contest, but plain old boxing bores the hell out of me. ill watch it if its a no-contest from the jump, like mike tyson fighting a racist accountant...thatd just be hilarious to me

I watch boxing, my pops got me into it when I was younger. And I still enjoy a good fight. I occasionally watch Friday Night Fights on ESPN when basketball isn't on. I'm not down to pay $50-$60 to see a Pay-Per-View fight You never know if you're gonna get your money's worth. I'll just find a bar that's showing it and watch it there. I miss Tyson in his prime! Even though it would be over in 2 rounds or less, it was worth watching! HBO was a must have in those days!

^^^I totally agree with the Tyson comments. He was my favorite fighter. His combination of power and speed was lethal in the ring. When he stepped in the ring, it was lights out.
