yeah it is... its very similar. Its real crunk.
When i first saw it looked like they were running in place but more side to side acction. lol. I don't know how to explain it but its very similar to the ragtop.
yeah my friend said she was in Target and she started ragtoppin (don't ask) and her friend from Chicago was like, "gon' head girl do da footwork." they started arguin about who invented the dance first and all dat.
I been ragtoppin since da 4th grade
