First of all...please refrain from further use of the word "soror". Secondly, You do not CHOSE if you will pledge or not, pledging is a privilege and NOT a right! LASTLY, don't believe everything that you hear...just because people say that the line is paper doesn't mean that they are. If you truly wanted to join an organization for ALL the RIGHT reasons you wouldn't care about the rumors.

There are so many things that bother me about this post, but what is most important is that if you have serious doubts about pursuing on organization because you heard they did not undergo a process then you should take some more time to think about why you are interested in the organization, what you can bring to the organization(not just what can the organization teach or do for you), and what is important to you. Your decision should be based on the principles of the organization, what you believe you can bring to further these principles, as well as how well you can interact with the ladies of the organization, if all of these factors are taken care of then your decision should come easier.
Good Luck
