I'll be attending VSU this fall as a freshman and you aren't allowed to have a car your first year except in 'limited cases.' What's a good excuse I can give them so that I'll be allowed to take my car my first year?

I don't know about VSU, but schools usually allow freshmen to have cars if they have a job more than a mile off campus.
