Was good my Hampton people! Is Moton a good residence hall, tell me about it. Would you recommend a payment plan or to take out one big loan?

Congrats, you're going to be in the 13th class of Ogres :-D I'm not one to give financial advice, so I'll just comment on the dorm.... Moton used to be a guys dorm, so they have a common TV in the lobby and a pool table. They also have an elevator (so no lugging heavy boxes up the stairs :grin: ). The rooms are livable. I personally don't like the bathrooms (I'm picky about that)...but I can admit, they are usable. Moton is also on the "other" side of campus.....away from all of the other freshmen female dorms. But, it's near an upperclassmen female dorm (DuBouis) and near most of the male dorms. Ummm...that's all I caould think of for now. BTW, what's your major?

Oh my major is Psychology. I heard that Moton has some of the biggest dorms compared to all the other freshmen female dorms. Is that true?

^^^The rooms in Moton are a pretty decent size....comparable with the rooms in Twitchell and Davidson. My LS stayed in a single and had room for a sitting chair, a futon, and a fridge while still having room to move around. I've seen really big rooms in VC and Kelsey....but I've also seen some of the smallest rooms in these dorms as well. Sometimes it just depends on which room you are in. (Sorry for the ambiguos answer.)
