This is really taking it back for me! My mother was a big advocate on reading, bedtime stories were a very memorable part of my early childhood. My mom read Charlotte's Web, lots of Dr. Seuss, some of the others mentioned, but my favorite was The Little Prince! I love the Little Prince, I was probaly about six, and I surely didn't "get it" all, but its one of those stories that comes at you with kid simplicity, but the underlying ideas takes a lot of wisdom to grasp. and five stars!
