I still gotta let all that marinate, but my first impression is that, that's ridiculous. These statistics manifest the stereotypes against african-american males so clearly. And it's like they make sure to start the process of shaping us into criminals at a young age. It's already a extremely high percentage of prisoners who eventually serve time on consecutive terms, so if they have black youth in prison, their going to be shaped by their surroundings. It's like the system want's to retain them....
