smh.... blacks highest graduation rate is almost the bottom of the rank for whites.

i believe the lovely state of massachusetts has 70% the highest well west virgina got us by 1% still impressive you all should be honored to be in my e-presence 8)

the SATS are made for white males so any nonwhite or female is not gonna do as well generally it's not accurate
