sophmore crossing

is the rule right? so WHY did this sophmore become a rho last spring when she was just a freshman? i thought u had to be a sophmore to be able to pledge? do certain orgs have different rules or something?

Nationally anyone can cross as long as they have 12 hours at that institution under their belts. The rest of the stipulations, vary from school to school.
