Legal Executive Assistant (JN -092024-378701)

Reputable personal injury litigation firm is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support their C-level executives. Seeking someone with 5 years of experience that has strong attention to detail, multi-task, organized and can prioritize urgent vs important. This role involves the candidate being on top of deadlines and strong calendaring. Please review the requirements and apply!

Requirements for Executive Assistant:

  1. 5 years minimum experience as an executive assistant in a law firm.
  2. Strong calendar management experience.
  3. booking travel, fights, hotel, ground transportation.
  4. Handling their billing, invoices, billables for the attorney and working with their vendors.

Hybrid Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Need someone flexible with hours)

Parking: Covered

Benefits: Compettitve benefits package.

Compensation: DOE up to $100K
