Operations Clerk (JN -012025-385655)

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for Excel and inventory management? Join our team as an Operations Clerk and play a pivotal role in supporting our retail and storage operations across 2,900 locations!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices (no accounting or reconciliation involved).
  • Track inventory for storage facilities, including items like moving boxes, tape, locks, and packaging materials.
  • Manage purchase orders for retail products and supplies.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to inventory management, ERP budgets, and long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure accurate and efficient inventory tracking


Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
* 1-2 years of experience in retail and inventory controls.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information over the phone
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Proven ability to organize and establish priorities
* Ability to deal with problems and offer constructive solutions
* Microsoft Suite of products (Office, Word, Excel), JD Edwards experience preferred
* Strong business acumen with proven ability in being an independent thinker, cognizant of sales history and space constraints.
* Ability to use good judgment when replenishing inventory based on various volume requirements

Contract Role (3-6 month)
