HR Assistant (JN -012025-385550)

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Human Resources Assistant (temporary) in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, contract position scheduled to last 2-3 months. If you'd like to further your experience by supporting a Human Resources department, apply today!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Human Resources team with hiring, onboarding, and compliance
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding
  • Work directly in the HRIS system to update files
  • Data analysis and supporting activities
  • Respond to HR inquiries, assist with communication of employee requests
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve results related to company initiatives

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a Human Resources department
  • Proficiency in Paycom or another HRIS system
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Additional Details

  • This is a contract position, scheduled to last 2-3 months but could extend
  • This is an in-person position, hours are 8 to 4 or 8:30 to 4:30
  • Pay for this position will depend on experience and range from $25-28/hr
